Vinification The fermentation with the skins occurs in cement tanks for 30 days. The aging takes place - with malolactic fermentation - in Allier oak barrels, 3rd and 4th passage, for a total of 24 months then at least 6 months of bottles aging
Characteristics Crussi shows an extraordinary and well- balanced character. It has an intense nose, with notes of blackberry, liquorice, tar, tobacco and spices. In mouth, Crussi is full-bodied with fascinating evolved scents due to the ageing in oak barrels. Perfect balance between great purity and complexity.
